With a passion for service in the DMV, Michelle is ready to help with your home selling & buying needs. She explored real estate after graduating from Christopher Newport University in 2011. After five years working under a large team, Michelle earned her license in 2015. After assisting in selling hundreds of homes DC Metro area, Michelle joined RLAH! She was the 2020 Chair of Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS RPAC & Convention Committee & past chair of YPN Committee. She was also one of REALTOR Magazine’s 30 Under 30 Honorees for 2019 and serves at the National Association of Realtors on the YPN Advisor Board & Member Policy & Board Jurisdiction Committee. When Michelle isn’t fulfilling homeownership dreams, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, Izzy & partner Alex, and their fur daughters Riley and Honey.

Lindsay has over a decade of real estate experience. She began her career at JLL in Dallas, TX. After JLL she went to work for Pulte Homes in Fairfax, VA. Lindsay then joined RLAH in Arlington, VA to pursue her passion for residential real estate and serving clients as they enter the exciting chapter of homeownership. She serves all of Northern Virginia and Washington D.C. as a REALTOR and was named as one of Northern Virginia’s Top Producers in 2021. Lindsay grew up in Northern Virginia and attended Langley High School. She went to Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, TX for undergraduate where she majored in Finance and Economics.
